Conservative opposition to Australia’s under-16s social media ban is growing before a vote in which the major parties are expected to unite to ram the bill through parliament.

Several Nationals MPs have raised concerns about potential unintended consequences and the lack of a proper Senate inquiry into the world-first legislation.
